•  Provides a comparative list of all vendors in the surrounding area

• Coordinate bookings and meetings with vendors

• 12 hours on site, day of, to set up, operate and clean up and put together wedding rehearsal

• Manages musicians/DJ for announcements regarding dances, cake cutting, Mr and Mrs exit, etc.
